力士樂(lè)伺服控制器報(bào)警E250故障維修：E250 Heatsink Overtemperature Warning散熱器過(guò)熱警告。Description:說(shuō)明：The temperature of the heatsink in the drive controller has reached the maximum allowable temperature. 驅(qū)動(dòng)器控制器中散熱器的溫度已達(dá)到允許的最高溫度。

Within a time frame of 30 seconds, thedrive follows the command value input.
在30秒的時(shí)間范圍內(nèi)，驅(qū)動(dòng)器將遵循命令值輸入。
Consequently, there exists the possibility to shut down the motor with the control so that it remains true to the process.
因此，存在通過(guò)控制來(lái)關(guān)閉電機(jī)的可能性，從而使其與過(guò)程保持一致。
(For example close the operation, leave the collision area,etc.) After 30 seconds, the parameter "Best Possible Deceleration, P-0-0119" set reaction appears during operation.（例如，關(guān)閉操作、離開(kāi)碰撞區(qū)域等）30秒后，操作過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)參數(shù)“最佳可能減速，P-0-0119”設(shè)定反應(yīng)。
Cause:原因：
1. Deficiency of the drive's internal blower.
驅(qū)動(dòng)器內(nèi)部鼓風(fēng)機(jī)不足。
2. Deficiency of the control cabinet’s climate control.
控制柜氣候控制不足。
3. Incorrect control cabinet dimensioning regarding the head ventilation.
關(guān)于頭部通風(fēng)的控制柜尺寸不正確。
Remedy:補(bǔ)救措施：
For 1. If the blower fails exchange the drive controller.
如果鼓風(fēng)機(jī)出現(xiàn)故障，請(qǐng)更換驅(qū)動(dòng)控制器。
For 2. Install climitization feature to the cabinet.
在機(jī)柜上安裝氣候調(diào)節(jié)功能。
For 3. Check the dimensions of the control cabinet
